Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed required postings and background searches with the provider.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 8:30am-9:30am. There were 2 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample of 2
children?s records, and 2 Caregivers records were reviewed. The children were observed eating breakfast and playing. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection.
