An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider from 12:10 pm to 1:35 pm. One child, a two year old was present and the only enrolled child at this time.
There were no medications on site nor has their been injuries/accidents requiring documentation. One child and two household member's files were reviewed. For lunch, the provider was preparing chicken tenders, potato wedges, cucumbers and broccoli. Please submit your updated First Aid and CPR certification upon completion.
Please submit your plan of correction for each violation and the date to be corrected. Make sure you address steps you will take to ensure ongoing compliance. The areas of non compliance are outlined on the violation notice.
