Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted Monday, June 26, 2023. The licensing inspector was onsite conducting the inspection from approximately 10:00am to 11:30am. There were four non-resident children in care, ranging in ages from two years to five years, with two caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of four children's records, three caregivers? records, and one household member?s record were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
