Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted June 26 2023 between 9:30am and 10:30am. There 5 children (11 points) in the direct care of the provider. Children were observed playing with toys and completing puzzles. A review of child records, household records, caregiver record, the emergency drills, attendance records and the physical space was conducted. A violation is listed on the violation notice page. Description: Based on record review, the provider failed to ensure that a household member had a background search completed every five years from the date of the initial search.

Evidence: Household member 1 did not have a repeat search of the central registry conducted. The previous search was conducted February 16 2018.

Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
