An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 8:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. with the provider. There were four children in care ages 9 months, 21 months, 3 years and 3 years for a total of 11 points under the care and supervision of the provider. Children were observed participating in free play, a table activity and preparing for snack. An infant was observed being fed. Two children's records, one provider record and four household member records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
