Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 26, 2023 from 9:15 am until 11:00 am. There were seven children (seventeen points) present with two caregivers supervising. The home, attendance records, postings, menu's, cribs, evacuation logs, children's records and caregiver records were reviewed. The children were observed playing with floor toys and puzzles. There were no medications on site. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice. On the day of the inspection, the menu stated that hamburgers and buns would be served; however ham sandwiches were substituted but not listed as a substitute food.
