An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 2:30pm and 3:20pm. There were 8 children directly supervised by the provider and one assistant caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver record, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and building with legos. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

1. Child #2 began attending the family day home on 5/23/2022, The record for Child #2 did not contain documentation of a review of emergency contact information.Plan of Correction: I will review the information with the parents.
