Comments:
An unannounced monitoring/move inspection was conducted today from 1010am-11:00am. There were 4 children directly supervised by the provider.. The home, 2 caregiver records, 4 children?s records, 5 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating snack. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. No violations were cites.
