A complaint investigation was initiated on 5/18/23 from a report received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on 5/12/23 regarding physical plant and operational responsibilities. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.? Standard #: 8VAC20-800-50-A Complaint related: No Description: Based on record review and caregiver interview, the family day home did not keep a written record of attendance for each child.
Evidence:
1. The provider stated Child #1 and Child #2 had been attending the Family Day Home since 5/8/2023. Child #1 and Child #2 were not listed on the attendance records for the family day home.Plan of Correction: All children present will be documented on the attendance record.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-60-A Complaint related: No Description: Based on record review and caregiver interview, the provider did not maintain an up to date record for 2 enrolled children.
Evidence:
1. The provider stated Child #1 and Child #2 had been attending the Family Day Home since 5/8/2023.
2. The provider did not have a record for Child #1 or Child #2.Plan of Correction: The provider will obtain all required documents for Child #1 and 2.
