A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/10/2023 between the hours of approximately 2:50 p.m. and 3:40 p.m. There were 11 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 26 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed napping and preparing for afternoon snack. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
