Two diaper cream that were not labeled with a child's name were located in the bathroom room the children use.Plan of Correction: The names come off the diaper creams, I will make sure to put the name on when it wears off.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-500-F Description: Based on observation, a small trampoline was located in the child care area.
Evidence:
There was a small trampoline located in the area where the children play.Plan of Correction: I just the trampoline for myself and put it together last night. It will not be used by the children. I will move it our of the childcare area.
