As a reminder, all children under the age of 2 year need documentation of subsequent immunizations.
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted today. A total of 8 children with the Provider, 1 assistant and 1 household member were onsite. At the beginning of the inspection, the children were preparing to transition to the backyard for outdoor play. They were observed sitting quietly at the door leading to the backyard as staff assisted some children with putting their shoes on. Outdoor toys and equipment were spread out in the backyard. The children were observed swinging on swings, playing with wagons and small trikes and engaged in water play. Walk thru of the home was made. A new refrigerator was observed in the kitchen on the main level. All cribs and high chairs onsite were inspected, The bathroom and program space was observed to be neat and organized with toys and books age appropriate for the children currently in care. A total of all 8 children's records, 2 staff and 1 household member files were reviewed. Previous violation from the last inspection in January was reviewed and corrective action was verified.
