Please remember to review the emergency contacts for each child on an annual basis.
As discussed the pack and play located in your second programming room is used for play only and not for sleeping.
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 8 children (24pts) with 2 staff were onsite today. The children had just finished lunch and were free playing on the floor with staff. No medication needs onsite. One topical ointment. Observation of the program space, cribs, smaller program space, refrigerator and bathroom was made. No food allergies identified. Consistent children enrolled and no new staff since the last licensing inspection. A total of 6 children's records and the Provider's record was reviewed. All background checks remain current at this time for staff and household. Positive interaction was observed between the children and staff. Previous violations found at the last inspection were reviewed and corrective actions were verified. This inspection occurred between 10:45am and 12pm. Thank you for your cooperation today. A compliance history is in no way a rating for a facility.
The online compliance history includes only information after July 1, 2003. In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights. For compliance history prior to July 1, 2003, or information regarding the status of pending adverse actions, please contact the Licensing Inspector listed in the facility's information.
