An unannounced on-site inspection was conducted on 07/12/2023. There were 8 children, ages 8 months-4years, at a total of 23 points with 2 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities, large motor play outside, and lunch. A total o f3 children?s records and 2 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: locating the thermometer for refrigerator. The inspector arrived at 10 AM and departed at 11:15 AM.
