An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. Currently, there are no children enrolled in the day care.
One caregiver record was reviewed. It was complete. The provider has completed 19+ hours of training. First Aid/CPR certifications are current.
Emergency supplies, first aid supplies, emergency preparedness plan, fridge/freezer temperatures, age appropriate toys, games and equipment are all in compliance.
The report will be typed off sit and emailed for signature.
