Discussed with provider, pressure mounted gate, training requirements, background checks, cleaning and sanitizing requirements.

Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 11:15am-12:55pm. There were 8 children (21 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, cribs, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and singing. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
