Violations:
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-830-C
Description: Based on observation, the provider did not ensure documentation of emergency evacuation drills are maintained.

Evidence: Drills that were conducted for June 2023 and July 2023 are not listed on the evacuation documentation. The provider stated that she forgot to write them down after conducting them.

Plan of Correction: I will document the drills when I conduct them.
