An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on August 8, 2023 with the provider. The inspection began at approximately 8:50 am and concluded at 9:55 am. There were 6 children present, ranging in ages from 8 months to 16 months, totaling 22 points with 2 caregivers supervising. Children were playing with various age-appropriate materials. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 1 caregiver record and 1 household member record were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
