An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on August 10, 2023 between the hours of approximately 10:15 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. There were 4 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 10 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with blocks. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
