Standard #: 8VAC20-800-830-C Description: Based on the review of the emergency drill records, the provider failed to include some of the required information.
Evidence: The emergency drill form is missing the information regarding who conducted the drill, what method was used to indicate that a drill was happening, the time it took to evacuate and what kind of drill was conducted.Plan of Correction: I understand now how to fill out the paperwork correctly. I will make sure I do so.
