An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted from 11:45-12:30. Seven children were present with two caregivers for twenty points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children transitioning to lunch time ( bologna and cheese or PB&J sandwich, green beans, banana and milk. One child was sleeping in a crib during the inspection. Children were resting on mats when the inspector left. Reviewed 2 records, a medication on-site, emergency preparation, background check forms, drills and attendance as well as training. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
