Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 8/21/2023. There were no children enrolled or in care. The home, 1 caregiver's record, a sample child's record, 1 household member's record, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no children's medications. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Description: Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that the first aid kit contained the required minimum items.
Evidence: observed that the first aid kit was missing tweezers and at least 2 triangular bandages.
