Standard #: 8VAC20-800-750-B Description: Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure that topical skin products were inaccessible to children.
1. There were two buckets of various sunscreen and insect repellants sitting on a bench right at the entrance of the door that comes in from the playground.
2. The provider confirmed that that the topical skin products were accessible to children.
Plan of Correction: The topical skin products were placed on the bench as the children came in from outside. They are usually stored in the closet beside the door. In the future all topical skin products will be placed in closet as we come back from outside.
