An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 08/24/2023 from 7:20am to 8:30am in response to a complaint regarding transportation. There were 10 children present (16 points) with the Provider ages 6 months to 11 years old. Transportation to the bus stop was observed along with programming, interviews were conducted with the provider, and documentation was reviewed. Children at the family day home were observed watching television. Based on the preponderance of evidence collected during the investigation, the complaint was determined to be not valid. The exit interview was conducted on 8/24/23 with the Provider.
