A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on September 6, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 1:33pm and ended at 3:35pm. There were two (2) caregivers with4 children in one room at the time of the visit. Children were observed finishing lunch, engaged in story time, engaged in age-appropriate toys and materials, and bathroom procedures. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
