An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/21/2023. 5 children (9pts) were in attendance with 1 Caregiver. The physical space, required posted documents, attendance, 2 children?s records, the emergency preparedness plan, Provider/household member documents, evacuation drills and safety supplies were reviewed. No medications were on site. Age appropriate materials were available for the children. Areas of non-compliance are on the Violation Notice. Standard #: 8VAC20-800-780-B Description: Based on review of records, 1 out of 2 records reviewed did not have the signed acknowledgment of the annual review of emergency contact information. Evidence: The last date of review from the parent's of Child A was completed on July 2022. Plan of Correction: I will ask the parents to review and sign today.
