Please be sure to clearly document the start date for each child's first day of attendance.
Discussed the online provider portal to submit renewal applications. Your license will be expiring in May 2024.

An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. One child (2pts) with the Provider was present. A total of 4 children currently enrolled. No changes to household members since the last inspection. The provider and one child were interacting with the kitchen playset and were singing along to children's music. Walk thru of the home was conducted. The home was found neat and organized. One crib onsite and adequate number of cots and linens for all children enrolled. A review of all 4 children's records, both household member files and the Provider's file was reviewed. No medication needs or food allergies identified at this time. Certifications remain current and staff training was reviewed. No violations were found today. The provider was transitioned the one child to go to the nearby playground to play.
