An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/26/2023. There were 9 children, ages 15 months- 4 years, totaling 21 points, and 3 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver records were reviewed. The children were observed in free choice play, participating in music and movement, having a morning snack, participating in learning activities, and diapering was observed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:20 am and departed at 10:40 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
