Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted on 09/25/2023. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver. A tour of the home was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with Caregiver. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations:
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-60-B
Description: Based on a record review the licensee did not ensure all required information was kept in each child's record.
Evidence:

Child #2 did not have 1 of the 2 required emergency contacts documented in the record.

Plan of Correction: The parent didn't have another local contact, however an out of state contact will be documented in the file this week.
