An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 4 children present (16 points) with 2 caregivers present.
Children were resting quietly during the majority if the visit. Crib spacing, covers and caregiver observation every 15 minutes were observed.
5 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited today.
LI was present today from 2:09 PM - 3:10PM.
