An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 10/5/2023 from 11:00 am-12:18 pm. There were 11 children supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Evidence: The end of a white PVC pipe used to redirect water beneath the deck steps is cracked in several spots.Plan of Correction: Called a handy man who will put new pipe.
