An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/11/2023 from 1:08 pm- 2:00 pm. There were 8 children (23 points) supervised by 2 direct caregivers. The home, 2 caregiver records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. The children were observed napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
