A monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/10/2023 between the hours of approximately 9:30 am and 10:20 am. There were 7 children present, ranging in ages from 10 months to 4 years, with 2 caregivers supervising. Children were observed while playing with toys, eating snack and watched cartoons.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence:
1) On the day of inspection, one unused electric outlet in the infants room did not have a protective cover installed.Plan of Correction: Corrected during the inspection. The Provider installed a protective cover over the unused electric outlet.
