Comments:
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today from 12:30pm-1:05pm. There were 6 children directly supervised by 3 caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, watching a children's tv program, and transitioning to lunch. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
