Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted on 10/12/23 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. There were 4 children (12 points) present, with 2 caregivers supervising. The children were observed playing with a variety of indoor toys. There were no children with medications or allergies on site. 2 children's records, 2 caregiver's records and 2 household member's records were reviewed. Attendance, emergency drill records and pet vaccinations. Areas of non compliance are listed in the violation notice. Description: Based on records review, emergency evacuation procedures were not practiced monthly.
Evidence: The emergency evacuation drills log showed that a fire drill was not completed for September 2023.

Plan of Correction: Evacuation drills will be completed monthly.
