A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on October 17, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection was conducted between the hours of approximately 9:30 a.m. and 10:25 a.m. There were 11 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 30 points within supervision guidelines. Children were observed using baby dolls to learn the names of body parts in English and Spanish, napping, playing with cars and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children records, fire drill log, menu, and attendance were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
