Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 18, 2023 between 1:00pm and 2:15pm. There were 11 children present with three (3) caregivers supervising within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed transitioning to naptime, diapering, toileting procedures, sleeping, and handwashing. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, required posted documents, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, medication, evacuation drill logs, menu, first aid supplies, attendance, child and caregiver records, and emergency procedures. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the programs. Description:	Based on observation and interview, the diapering surface was not cleaned and sanitized after each use. Evidence: 1. The diapering surface was not cleaned with soap and water after diapering a child. 2. Caregiver #3 acknowledged not using soap and water to clean the diapering surface but used only a bleach solution to sanitize after each use. Repeat Violation
Plan of Correction:	I will go over the steps with her again and watch her change diapers to ensure she is cleaning the surface before sanitizing.
