An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 6 children (17pts) with 2 staff were present. Five of the 6 children were napping on the lower level of the home. One child remained awake and staff were interacting quietly with this child. A walk through of the home was made. The home was neat and organized. The main level of the home was equipped with toys and supplies that were determined age appropriate for the children in care currently. No medication needs and no identified food allergies at this time. The children were sleeping on individual cots that were spaced apart to allow staff to respond if needed. Three new children enrolled since the last inspection. All 3 files were reviewed and found complete. All background checks and certifications and health screenings for both staff were current.
