An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:30pm-1:30pm. There was 1 child in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 1 child's record, and 1 caregiver's record was reviewed. The child was observed napping and lying down. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection.
