1. When children bring food and beverages from home they are to be labeled with the child's name. 2. The supplemental information page of the inspection report is not to be posted in the home or shared publicly. 3. The inspector will provide an updated emergency preparedness plan template.

Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 10:20am. There were 10 children totaling 25 points with 2 caregivers present. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were playing with toys, puzzles, and learning activities on tablets. The caregivers were actively engaged with the children and activities. The daycare was well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found.
