- Comments:

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements not covered in the licensing regulations. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date, and the two inspections combined cover all SHSI requirements. An area of non-compliance of the supplemental SHSI requirements was found. Standard #: 8VAC20-790-250-F Description: Based on records reviewed, caregivers did not complete the department's annual health and safety training course (3 hours as required for all childcare subsidy vendors.
