An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 10:30 a.m. and ended at 12:55 p.m. with the provider and assistant. There were 12 children in care, ages 5 months through 4 years of age for a total of 30 points under the care and supervision of the provider and assistant. Outdoor time, transition time, infant nap, lunch and story time were observed. Lunch was peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, fruit salad, carrots and milk. Childcare areas, supplies and materials were observed. Four children's records and two staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
