The new renewal application can be found on the VDOE website, as well as the link to the online portal.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 18, 2023 between the hours of approximately 9:10 a.m. and 10:05 a.m. There were 11 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 22 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed participating in circletime, doing a name recognition activity and playing in centers. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, and attendance were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions, please e-mail me at tameika.king@ doe.virginia.gov.
