Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted in addition to a Self-Reported incident. The inspection was initiated on 10/25/2023 from 9:45am to 10:50am. The provider was present with 6 children. Ratios were in compliance. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, supervision, programming, special care and emergencies. Incident reports were also reviewed and in compliance. 3 children's records and Provider/household member records were reviewed. Children were observed playing with age appropriate toys, interacting with each other and engaging with the Provider. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program. For questions regarding this inspection, please contact Stephanie.salvatori@doe.virginia.gov
