Discussed with the provider: The next anticipated inspection will be the provider's renewal. Provider was reminded to submit all renewal paperwork to the licensing office via the online portal 45 days prior to license expiration. The new renewal application can be found on the VDOE website, as well as the link to the online portal.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 25, 2023 between 9:35 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. There were 3 children present with the Provider assistant for a total of 6 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. No violations were issued.
