Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/11/23 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with the provider. There were six children in care, ranging in age from 16 months to four-years-old, for a total of 13 points. Children were observed napping. Six child records, one staff records, and one household member records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider does not administer medication and understands that they must obtain certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) in order to give medication. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, and attendance were also reviewed. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
