An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 9:55 a.m. and ending at 12:00 p.m. with the provider and assistant. There were eight children in care ranging in age from 23 months through 4 years of age and two resident children for a total of 24 points under the care and supervision of the provider and assistant. Children were observed during outdoor play, transition time, free play, during lunch and preparing for rest time. Child care areas and supplies and materials were observed.
Four staff records and three children records were reviewed. Attendance record was reviewed and complete. Emergency drills were up to date.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
