An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:50am to 12:50pm. There were 9 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 caregivers. A sample of 5 children?s records, and 2 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed getting ready for lunch and playing. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider.
