Comments:
This Initial inspection was conducted by licensing staff and concluded on 11/08/2023, between the hours of 10 am to 1 pm. There were 4 children present (12 points), ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 1 caregiver supervising. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, bathroom breaks, hand washing, movie time, song, diapering, lunch time, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 4 children records, 1 staff record, and 2 household records were reviewed. The Provider was permitted previously through Fairfax County for a Local Ordinance Home.

Information gathered during the inspection determined that there were (2) non-compliances with the applicable standards. These violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the home.

If you should have any questions, please call or send an email to charlie.perkins@doe.virginia.gov. Thank you.
