A mandated renewal inspection was conducted on October 31, 2023 from 10:30am-11:00am. There were 4 children (8 pts) in care with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed finishing up snack and washing hands once snack was completed. Children were playing freely and playing with various toys available to them.A total of 2 child records, 1 staff record and 1 household member records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
